We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 with shipment to the 48
contiguous states; however, for orders under $50, there is a $15 shipping
charge.

o AbilityOne.com uses UPS to ship most packages.
To track your order directly from our
website, locate the “Track Shipping”
link at the bottom of the page.

o All items identified with the “Next Day” logo
and ordered by 2:00 p.m. are shipped
via UPS, usually on the same day. 93% of next day orders will reach
the customer
by the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. should be received
the second business day. Items identified with the “AbilityOne Direct” logo are
shipped by the NIB/NISH
manufacturing agency and will be delivered to customers in 7-14
days, unless otherwise described in the product description detail.

o In some situations, your order may be shipped
directly from the NIB/NISH
manufacturing agency using UPS,
FedEx Ground, or a trucking company due to
the volume of your order, product weight or size (e.g., desks, credenzas,
etc.). Furniture items are shipped
directly from the NIB/NISH manufacturer using their
preferred trucking company. Delivery
lead times vary upon carrier shipping
practices and geographical areas.

damage incurred during transit must
be reported to AbilityOne.com Customer Care
(1-877-438-5963) within 24
hours of receipt in order to expedite a replacement
and for us to file a claim
against the courier.

o Large paper product orders (quantities of six
or more cartons/boxes/cases) will
be delivered by common carrier
to the customer’s loading/receiving dock. There is
an additional charge for
inside/upstairs delivery. Please contact customer care for
information and scheduling.

APO/FPO Addresses: We have suspended shipping
to APO/FPO addresses at this time. As an alternative, we strongly encourage our
overseas customers to provide a CONUS consolidation address with ultimate
consignee to your location so that we can continue to provide you with
AbilityOne products. Please include your consolidation address (or
Transportation Control number info) in the “Ship To” fields, and your ultimate
consignee information in the “Additional Shipping Information” field.

Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, & USVI:
As described above for APO/FPO addresses, we will ship your order to a CONUS
consolidation point (free shipping over $50 to the consolidation address) for
ultimate consignee to your location. In addition, we will also accept orders
for shipment if you provide either a UPS or FedEx account number for 3rd party
billing .To arrange air delivery and payment using our courier, please contact
Customer Care at 1-877-438-5963.
