These products are easily recognized when ordering by looking for the “Next Day” logo associated with the item. 93% of these orders will reach the customer by the next business day if the order is received before 2:00 p.m. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. are normally received on the second business day. Items identified with the “AbilityOne Direct” logo are shipped by the NIB/NISH manufacturing agency using UPS or FedEx Ground for receipt in 7-14 days. Approximately 3% of our product line requires shipment by truck, delivery of these items range from 30 to 90 days. Orders for large quantities (pallet load) are also shipped by truck.
